Equipment Manufacturing
Although we are an engineering company, we can also provide ideal full-service engineering since we also have an equipment manufacturing division.
Equipment manufacturing is handled at Advanced Equipment Division, Tamagawa Machinery Division, Environmental and Energy Engineering Division with five manufacturing plants in Japan. We design and manufacture various industrial machinery as well as build control systems that allow automation and labor saving for production systems. From the outset we worked with semiconductors but not manufacturing equipment to meet the needs of customers in a wide range of fields such as foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and paper manufacturing.
Manufacturing Base
Akita Technical Center (ATC)

The Akita Technical Center manufactures a wide range of equipment from manufacturing systems to FA production line process systems used with large-scale projects.
They promote the unitization of FA equipment through careful quality control.
The center is equipped with a class 10,000 clean room.
Iwaki Technical Center (ITC)

The Iwaki Technical Center focuses on the manufacturing of industrial automation and labor-saving machinery as well as production equipment and transfer equipment.
The center is equipped with a class 10,000 clean room.
Minokamo Technical Center (MTC)

The Minokamo Technical Center exclusively and consistently works with automatic transfer equipment for foodstuffs, chemicals, and electronics from development up to design, manufacturing, and installation.
They have design staff who specialize in different types of control panels and follow all cases with close relationships with other divisions.
System Technical Center (STC)

The System Technical Center provides services to build and operate control and monitoring systems as well as MES measurement systems for plants ranging from manufacturing facilities such as semiconductor, aluminum cans, copper smelting, water treatment, and chemical plants up to production facilities.
The Center also provides system solutions which use RFID (wireless IC tags).
Nagaoka Plant

The Nagaoka Plant is a "mother machine" of the IT industry where the design and manufacture of a wide range of industrial machinery takes place ranging from various types of semiconductor manufacturing equipment groups, powder molding presses, and chemical machinery up to environmental machinery which target the conservation of the global environmental.
