This furnace uses double doors at the product insertion/discharge point, thereby lowering the dew point of the furnace atmosphere. In addition, its fully automated transfer system creates a labor saving effect. Select from a Mo heater with a maximum temperature of 1,500°C or a SiC heater with a maximum temperature of 1,200°C. |
