In addition to the work of the Equipment Manufacturing Division and Engineering Division, Mitsubishi Materials Techno has long experience as a consultant in the areas of resources, geological features and the environment.
Based on technology for resource exploration, soil surveys and boring, initially fostered through work with the mining industry, we have developed a diverse range of applied technologies. In the environmental area, we are available to provide services ranging from surveys and analysis of contamination in soil and groundwater, to proposing and implementing measures. In the energy area, we strive to promote use of the environmentally friendly, energy-saving Geothermal Heat Pump system. In the resource area, we participate in various projects, including technological development of carbon dioxide capture and sequestration, expected to be a major factor in reducing CO2, and surveys of deep underground geological environments toward allowing deep subterranean use.
Upon being combined with the Mitsubishi Materials Resources Development Corporation in April 2008, we committed ourselves to dealing with these various global matters through our Environmental Engineering Division and Natural Resources and Energy Engineering Division. In cooperation with the Engineering Division and others, Mitsubishi Materials Techno is ready to respond comprehensively to our customers’ needs.
