Site environmental diagnosis:
We will perform a site environmental diagnosis by a hearing search and a local state search in order to assess possibility of soil contamination.
Real estate risk assessment:
We will assess possibility of soil contamination required for buying/selling, investment, and collateral appraisal of a real estate. If you want to have confidentiality to people concerned of the object ground, we can do it.
Search corresponding to the points of concern for appraising real estate:
We will do a data collection & research according to the real estate appraisement basis.
We will make a report attached to a real estate written statement of an expert opinion.

*2 "Risk estimated value" is a rough estimate. Option price is 30,000 yen.
*3 Transportation expenses, lodging expense, etc. are added separately.
*4 When a customer recovers documents, a time for delivery will be after we receive all materials.
