Designing and constriction flow of Geothermal Heat Pump snow melting system

The flow from the designing to the construction of the snow melting system is as follows. Mitsubishi Materials Techno Corporation consistently provides from the design of the most suitable system fitting the purpose to the construction such as installing ground heat exchangers.

Idea-Basic design
(1) Calculation of snow melting heat load,
⇒ a depth of snowfall per day, outside temperature, wind velocity, etc.
(2) Selection of a heat source equipment (heat pump capacity)
(3) Selection of a heat source capacity (number of drilling for ground heat exchanger) based on an experience value (a rough value) ,
⇒ referring to the data of drilling and pumping of neighborhood.
(4) Assumption of an initial cost and a running cost (rough value)
* Practice of a Thermal Response Test (TRT) in a region of implementation
Design for execution
(1) Snow melting heat load: No change
(2) Heat source equipment (heat pump capacity): No change
(3) Re-selection of a heat source capacity (number of drilling for ground heat exchangers) based on the TRT results,
practice of simulation to extract heat energy based on the TRT results
(4) Re-assumption of an initial cost and a running cost (rough value)
 
Construction
Installing construction of ground heat exchangers, machine, etc.
 
Operation management
Maintenance for heat pump, circulation pump, expansion tank, antifreeze, etc.
