Designing and constriction flow of Geothermal Heat Pump cooling/heating system

The flow from the designing to the construction of the snow cooling/heating system is as follows. Mitsubishi Materials Techno Corporation consistently provides from the designing of the most suitable system fitting to the purpose of the customer to the construction such as installing ground heat exchangers.

(1) Examination of combination of heat load and variety of heat source and operation ratio, etc.
⇒ Introducing system corresponding to maximum load or base load?
⇒ How much is the operating ratio? (monthly operating time, equivalent to the operation time with full load, etc.)
(2) Selection of a heat source equipment (heat pump capacity) corresponding to required heat exchange rate
(3) Selection of heat exchange rate (number of drilling for ground heat exchangers) based on an experience value (rough value),
⇒ referring to the data of drilling and pumping of neighborhood.
(4) Assumption of an initial cost and a running cost (rough value)
* Practice of a Thermal Response Test (TRT) in a region of implementation
(1) Re-examination of combination of heat load and variety of heat source and operation ratio, etc.
(2) Re-selection of heat source equipment (heat pump capacity) corresponding to required heat exchange rate
(3) Re-selection of heat exchange rate (drilling number) based on the TRT results
Practice of the simulation of heat exchange rate based on the TRT results and the assumed results of operation ratio

(4) Re-assumption of an initial cost and a running cost.
 
Installing construction of ground heat exchangers, machine, etc.
 
Maintenance for heat pump, circulation pump, expansion tank, antifreeze, etc.

For the cooling/heating system Mitsubishi Materials Techno Corporation designs and constructs facilities only for supplying ground sources. We do not design and construct the secondary side (heat load side).
