At the initial stage of the resource exploration, understanding wide scale geological structure is necessary. So, a remote sensing using artificial satellite is very effective.

| Image processing and analysis |
At first, we get information of wide scale geology and geological structure by mosaic processing (combining images) to the data including the object area using the data covering wide area such as LANDSAT.
The satellite imagery made by this processing can be used instead of a topography map when you want to survey the area that topographical map has not been published yet.

| Mapping of alteration minerals |
At the next stage, we find the areas of alteration zones caused by mineralization of ore and geothermal activities by calculating few bands of data of the sensor capable of acquiring higher resolution than ASTER and a large wavelength region (band).
The characteristics feature of extracted alteration zones are confirmed in more detail by the geological survey.
Further, in a water resources survey, geographical data such as SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission) is used for extracting drainage system and catchment area.
Services to offer
- Interpretation and analysis of geology and the geological structure by aerial photo / satellite imagery (ASTER, LANDSAT, PALSAR, etc.)
- Multiple spectral processing (classification of alteration minerals) by optical sensor data (ASTER, LANDSAT, etc.)
- Polarimetry processing (lithofacies classification) by synthetic aperture radar data (PALSAR, etc.)
- Topographical processing (lithofacies classification, altered zone extraction) by a digital elevation model (numerical topographical map, SRTM, etc.)
