When constructing a large-scale underground facility such as petroleum and LPG underground storage, the hydrostatic pressure of the wall rock of storage must be kept constant.
When considering geological repository of nuclear waste, the flow of groundwater around repository must be slow for long period of time, from several tens of thousands of years to several hundreds of thousands of years.
In order to consider such the points of concern, it is very important to analyze and assess hydrologic features of groundwater flowing around construction site of the facility. We study hydrologic properties such as pore pressure and permeability coefficient of groundwater, and analyze and assess the hydrologic properties of groundwater around facility.
