Natural Resources and Energy Engineering Division

As part of our quality policy, we are committed to providing products that satisfy the customer with unfailing quality. The following are performed to ensure that this policy is understood, executed, maintained and continually improved.

1. We will practice and maintain the quality management system based on our quality policy and this manual, conform to all requirements, and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
2. The head of each function creates function goals, and the project manager creates project goals.

Advanced Equipment Division

1. To ensure further development, we will provide proper mutual communication and deliver our products in a timely manner for customer satisfaction and support.
2. We will satisfy the requirements of the quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness to ensure product conformance.

Tamagawa Machinery Division

We will work to quickly deliver affordable products that exceed the quality of other companies, provide outstanding service, and obtain customer support.

Engineering Division, Engineering Department
