Environmental Engineering Division
Providing total solutions on environmental matters, from surveys, analyses and evaluations, to measures-engineering and operational management
In order to address social needs consistent with legal regulations, the Environmental Engineering Division carries out research and development in advance of specific needs, and has accumulated a substantial body of experience across the country.
In survey and analysis services, the division applies its technology accumulated through mining surveys since the mid-1950s, and offers comprehensive services starting with data surveys and surveys on detailed conditions, and continuing to implementation. Through our research centers at three domestic locations, we provide analysis of toxic substances regulated by law, which can adversely affect the environment, evaluations of research/development and quality management, and of harmful substances contained in products.
In our engineering business, thanks to more than 40 years of accumulated experience, we are highly regarded by customers in such activities as heavy-metal wastewater treatment, water purification, recycling of general and industrial waste, detoxification of dioxins, soil decontamination, recovery of final disposal sites and repair/remodeling/demolishing of garbage incineration plants.
In addition, in cooperation with other group companies, we are also engaged in purification businesses aimed at creating a highly recycling-oriented society, thus enabling sustainable development.
