Development of Transport Machinery

We are answering customer demand by developing unique conveyor, including cap air conveyor systems that use pneumatics and conform to HACCP/GMP standards required in the manufacture of foods and pharmaceuticals and vertical conveyor equipment that uses a non-powered system that saves energy and is environmentally friendly.

Development of Large Glass Substrate Polishing Equipment

We are developing equipment that polishes the film on the glass substrate of flat panel displays with high precision. This can be used for everything from CF substrates and LTPS on array substrates to ITO film and insulation film on LCD. This equipment planarizes and smoothes the film. We have even prepared demonstration equipment that allows you to sample the polishing first hand. The demonstration equipment comes in two types: the Oscar type for sizes G1 to G4 and the conveyor type for sizes G1 to G8. The Oscar type uses a proprietary head for high precision polishing. Substrate handling is not required with the conveyor type, making it ideal for large substrates of size G5 and larger.
