1958 May Establishes OTE Kosan Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Metal Mining Corporation (current Mitsubishi Materials Corporation).
Head Office: Tokyo / Branch office: Osaka / Capital: 2 million Japanese yen
1964 Nov. Splits off Mining Development Division to establish OTE Kaihatsu Co., Ltd.
1970 Nov. Splits off Smelting Division to establish OTE Metals Co.,Ltd.
1985 June Opens Iwaki Technical Center.
1986 Apr. Consolidates the head office in Kudanshita, Chiyoda-ku.
1990 Apr. Changes the company name to Techno OTE Corporation.
Opens Akita Technical Center.
1994 Feb. Splits off Processing Division to establish Techno OTE Kako Co., Ltd. (current MMC Ryotec Corporation)
1996 Oct. Opens Minokamo Technical Center.
1998 Jan. Opens Iwaki Technical Center Izumi.
  Oct. Splits off Filter Division to establish Shinryo Filtech Co., Ltd. (current Shinryo Aquair Co., Ltd.)
1999 Apr. Opens Environmental Engineering Center.
2001 Apr. System Technical Center.
2002 May Acquires Osaka Chemical Analysis Center.
2003 Jan. Changes the company name to Mitsubishi Materials Techno Corporation. Capital: 1,042.85 million Japanese yen.
Succeeds operation of Nuclear Energy Engineering Division from Mitsubishi Materials Corporation.
  Apr. Merges with Tamagawa Machinery Co., Ltd.
Succeeds operation of Environmental Engineering Division from Mitsubishi Materials Corporation.
  May Opens Environmental Energy Center
2006 June Completes the Clean Plant construction at Nagaoka Plant.
2007 June Completes the 2nd phase of Clean Plant construction at Nagaoka Plant.
2008 Apr. Merges with Mitsubishi Materials Natural Resources Development Corporation (Succeeds the business of former OTE Kaihatsu Co., Ltd.).
2011 Apr. Stops using Environmental Energy Center as an analysis center and starts using it as a regional office in Hirosaki (Osaka Chemical Analysis Center).
2012 Apr. Merges with Sernuc Corporation
  June Closes a regional office in Hirosaki of Osaka Chemical Analysis Center.
  Oct. Closes Minokamo Technical Center and System Technical Center.
2013 Oct. Consolidates all the equipment manufacturing plants (Akita Technical Center, Iwaki Technical Center, and Nagaoka Plant) in Nagaoka (Technical Center Nagaoka).
2016 Apr. Changes the name, Technical Center Nagaoka, to Nagaoka Plant.
2018 June Consolidates the Kudan head office, Kiba Office, Saitama Office in Akihabara.
  Nov. Expands clean plants at Nagaoka Plant
2019 Mar. Conducts new construction of Nagaoka Plant Kosei Building and expansion of the third assembly plant.
2022 Sep. Begins renewal construction of Nagaoka Plant (expected to be completed in Oct. 2024).
