December 1, 2005 A dioxin detoxification system (HM2 system) developed by MMTEC, Hanwa Co., Ltd. and Miyoshi Oil & Fat Co., Ltd. was used at the incinerator dismantling site for the dismantling and maintenance of the former Nambu Regional Cleaning Center (contractor: Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd.) as ordered by the Takamatsu Regional Promotion Association (in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan).
