4. Security Control Measures for Personal Information
We will use personal information within the purposes of use we publicly announced or notified at the time of acquisition and will take necessary and appropriate security control measures for the management of personal information, including the prevention of information leakage, loss, or damage, as described below.

We establish internal rules and regulations determining the handling of personal data, the person in charge and their duties, and that all employees (including contract employees and temporary employees) comply with these rules. We also have a system in place to report and notify the person in charge if an employee becomes aware of a potential violation of the law or internal rules and regulations. - Safety management measures for employees

6. Joint Use of Personal Information on Greenfile.work
On "Greenfile.work", an ASP service for companies in the construction industry operated by Shelfy Corporation, we share the personal information of employees and other related people at our partner companies registered for the service. The contents of personal information and the joint users and purpose of use of personal information are as written in "The joint use of personal information at Greenfile.work."
7. Provision of Personal Information by a Third Party
We strictly manage the personal information given by our clients and use it within the range of use described in the contract with them.
8. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, Pause, or Deletion of Personal Information
We confirm that the subject of personal information has the right to disclose,
correct, discontinue the use of, or delete their own personal information, and if the subject of personal
information requests, we will respond promptly without objection after confirming that the request is from the
subject unless otherwise specified by law or other special circumstances.
We accept requests for correction, discontinuation of use, or deletion of personal information by notifying us
