the creation of an
environment where employees can feel free to ask for advice about their
health.
During National Occupational Health Week, we implemented lifestyle-related
disease prevention
measures
and fall prevention measures through the company.
- ・ Lifestyle-related disease prevention measures: (2023: High blood pressure prevention, salt checks; 2024: Diabetes prevention measures, sleep checks)

We are working to raise each employee's awareness of safety and health.

3. Countermeasures to prevent passive smoking
We have set a non-smoking time at all business sites, and are working on company-wide measures against passive smoking. With the aim of further reducing smoking rates, we are developing Health Insurance Society health program (online smoking cessation programs, posting of smoking cessation posters, assistance in purchasing smoking cessation aids, etc.). In addition, we provide our own financial assistance for smoking cessation clinic visits to encourage employees to take up the challenge of quitting smoking.
