Declaration of
Partnership Building

"Declaration of Partnership Building"

We declare that we will adhere to the following statements to build new partnerships by enhancing cooperation, coexistence, and co‐prosperity with our supply chain clients and business owners.

1. Coexistence and co‐prosperity of the entire supply chain and new cooperation beyond scales and connections.

Guiding our direct clients to influence their business partners (from "Tier N" to "Tier N+1"), we aim to increase value of the entire supply chain and build coexistence and co‐prosperity with our clients through collaborations beyond existing business relationships and company scales. To maintain business continuity in the event of a disaster or work style reform, we will help our clients introduce remote work and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) establishment.

(Individual List)
1) Reinforcement of cooperation between companies
2) IT implementation support (to optimize work efficiency by sharing and visualizing the supply chain information)

2. Compliance with "Promotion Standards for Subcontracting"

We comply with the ideal transaction behavior between parent enterprises and subcontractors ("Promotion Standards for Subcontracting" based on the Act on the Promotion of Subcontracting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) and proactively fix our behaviors in transactions and business that interfere with building partnerships with clients.

  • ①Price deciding method
We do not request unreasonable cost reductions. In determining the transaction consideration, if a subcontractor requests consultation, we will accept the request and hold sufficient discussions with the subcontractor to include appropriate benefits for the subcontractor, such as taking into account the impact of increased labor costs. In determining the transaction consideration and concluding a contract, the parent enterprise shall clearly indicate and deliver the terms and conditions of the contract in writing or otherwise.
  • ②Payment terms
Subcontracting payments will be paid in cash, complying with laws and regulations, such as the Construction Business Act and Act against Delay in Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, Etc. to Subcontractors.
  • ③Intellectual property and know-how
We do not require the conclusion of unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement, the disclosure of know-how by taking advantage of our business position, or the free transfer of intellectual property rights.
  • ④Negative impacts from work style reform, etc.
We do not request subcontractors for short delivery times or sudden changes of specifications without appropriate compensation so that our clients are able to reform their work style, as well. In the event of a disaster, we will give as much consideration as possible to try to avoid putting unilateral disadvantages on subcontractors and continue the business relationship to the extent it is possible when the operation restarts.

3. Other

Our company and company group have designated the month of January as a "month to review appropriate subcontracting" to promote a thorough awareness of compliance and prevent improper transactions.
